PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine damage degree of an industrialized structure rapidly and easily.SOLUTION: The damage degree determination device has: a natural frequency calculation unit for calculating, for an industrialized structure that can be designed by setting a part of design elements, a first natural frequency in a first predetermined period and calculating a second natural frequency in a second predetermined period after the first predetermined period; a change rate calculation unit for calculating a natural frequency change rate based on the first natural frequency and the second natural frequency; and a determination unit for determining a damage degree of the industrialized structure based on the natural frequency change rate and the part of design elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
