To predict a structural analysis result without using a previously recorded database.SOLUTION: A damage degree prediction device includes: input means for receiving input of numerical data of a deterioration degree or soundness of a girder structure including a plurality of digits to be a target, an identification number indicating the position of the digit in the plurality of digits, and an assumed external force applied to the girder structure to be a target, which are input data to prediction means using a learned model in which, for each of the digits in the girder structure having a plurality of digits, numerical data indicating a degree of deterioration or soundness of the digits, an identification number indicating the position of the digits in the plurality of digits, and an external force applied to the girder structure are used as input data, and teacher data in which information indicating the damage state of the girder structure obtained from the result of a structural analysis when the external force is applied to the girder structure is used as output data are given and machine learning is performed; and output means for outputting information indicating a damaged state of each digit predicted when an assumed external force is applied to the girder structure to be a target, which is obtained from the learned model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
