PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated rubber base isolation device capable of coping with a range from oscillation due to wind to a large earthquake, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: Instead of a conventional laminated rubber base isolation device, a laminated rubber base isolation device of this invention is configured such that a plurality of metal plate members, which are a plurality of metal-based plate member, and a plurality of elastic plate members, which are a plurality of elastic body-based plate member, are alternately laminated in a vertical direction. The laminated rubber base isolation device includes: a laminated rubber member extending in a vertical direction and provided with a columnar hollow part; many magnetic bodies put into the hollow part; and a magnetic field generation instrument capable of generating a magnetic field inside the hollow part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
