PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support beam renewal method capable of renewing a support beam easily while suppressing cutting, demolition operation and assembly operation in a container as much as possible.SOLUTION: A support beam renewal method includes a drum plate cutting process for cutting a part of a dram plate 5 as a partial drum plate 5a to include a portion to which an end portion of a support beam 1 is attached, a carry-out process for carrying the support beam 1 along with the cut partial drum plate 5a out of a container, a carry-in process for carrying a new support beam 10 into the container through an opening 5b formed in the drum plate 5 by carrying out the partial drum plate 5a along with the support beam 1, a new partial drum plate mounting process for mounting a new partial drum plate 20 to the opening 5b, and a new support beam mounting process for mounting an end portion of the new support beam 10 to the new partial drum plate 20. Therefore, it is possible to renew the support beam easily while suppressing cutting, demolition operation and assembly operation in the container as much as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容器内での切断、解体作業、組立作業を極力抑えて、支持ビームを容易に更新できる支持ビームの更新方法を提供する。【解決手段】支持ビーム１の端部が取り付けられている部分を含んで胴板５の一部を部分胴板５ａとして切断する胴板切断工程と、切断された部分胴板５ａとともに支持ビーム１を容器の外側に搬出する搬出工程と、部分胴板５ａが支持ビーム１とともに搬出されることで胴板５に生じた開口５ｂを通して新規支持ビーム１０を容器の内部に搬入する搬入工程と、開口５ｂに新規部分胴板２０を取り付ける新規部分胴板取付け工程と、新規部分胴板２０に、新規支持ビーム１０の端部を取り付ける新規支持ビーム取付け工程とを含むので、容器内での切断、解体作業、組立作業を極力抑えて、支持ビームを容易に更新できる。【選択図】図１
