STAIR FRAME FOR TEMPORARY SCAFFOLD
To provide a stair frame allowing an application to temporary scaffolds using a floored ledger in a flat type and allowing smooth ascending/descending without creating any trouble such as stumbling.SOLUTION: A stair frame for temporary scaffolds is configured to meet the following conditions: A=X+Y, |A-B|≤10 mm, h2>h1-5 mm, Y>X, when, in hooked-over postures of upper hook fittings and lower hook fittings are hooked on respective lateral frame members, (X) is a vertical distance from a step board positioned at the uppermost stage to a shaft core of a lateral frame member on which the upper hook fittings are hooked, (Y) is a vertical distance from a step board positioned at the lowermost stage to a shaft core of a lateral frame member on which the lower hook fittings are hooked, (B) is a riser dimension of a step board positioned at the lowermost stage and a step board positioned next to the step board positioned at the lowermost stage, (h1) is a vertical distance from the shaft core of the lateral member on which the upper hook fittings are hooked to uppermost ends of the upper hook fittings, and (h2) is a vertical distance from the shaft core of the lateral frame member on which the lower hook fittings are hooked to an end face of a notched part formed at a lower end part of a support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フラットタイプの床付き布わくを用いた仮設足場への適用を可能とし、躓き等の不具合を発生させずにスムーズな登り降りの可能な階段枠を提案する。【解決手段】仮設足場用階段枠において、上つかみ金具および下つかみ金具が各横架材に引っ掛かった架け渡し姿勢で、最上段に位置する踏板から上つかみ金具が引っ掛かる横架材の軸芯までの垂直距離を(X)、最下段に位置する踏板から下つかみ金具が引っ掛かる横架材の軸芯までの垂直距離を(Y)、最下段に位置する踏板と該最下段に位置する踏板の次に位置する踏板の蹴上げ寸法を(B)、上つかみ金具が引っ掛かる横架材の軸芯から該上つかみ金具の最上端までの垂直距離を(h1)、下つかみ金具が引っ掛かる横架材の軸芯から支持材の下端部に形成された切り欠き部の端面までの垂直距離を(h2)とした場合に、A=X+Y、|A-B|≦10mm、h2>h1-5mm、Y>Xの条件を満足するよう構成する。【選択図】図1
