DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING INSTALLATION HEIGHT OF SLIT COVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting the installation height of a slit cover that does not require much time or effort, that can be installed smoothly, that enable installing a new formwork to cast concrete, and that does not require subsequent curing of the concrete, even when the covering surfaces of many existing water channels become rough and all covering surfaces do not have constant height due to aged deterioration.SOLUTION: The device for adjusting the installation height of a cover of the present invention capable of adjusting the installation height of a cover laid in an upper opening of the U-shaped groove is provided between the cover and a placement surface of the U-shaped groove and is installed at least at four corners of the cover. The device comprises a plate attached to a space provided on the side of the cover, a screw hole provided in the plate, and a height adjuster screwed into the screw hole. The device can adjust the installation height of the cover by adjusting a distance between a tip of the height adjuster and the placement surface of the cover where the tip abuts, as each adjustable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】経年劣化により、多くの既設水路の蓋かかり面が荒れ、すべての蓋かかり面が一定の高さではなくなっていたときにおいても、手間と時間がかからず、設置がスムーズに出来、また新たな型枠を設置してコンクリートを打設したり、その後のコンクリートの養生を必要としないスリット蓋の設置高さ調整装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明はＵ字溝の上部開口に敷設される蓋の設置高さが調整できる蓋の高さ調整装置であり、蓋と前記Ｕ字溝の載置面との間に設けられて少なくとも蓋の四隅部に設置され、蓋の側面に設けられた空間部に取り付けられるプレートと、プレートに設けられたねじ穴と、ねじ穴に螺挿する高さ調整具とを備え、高さ調整具の先端部と該先端部が当接する蓋の載置面との間隔を各々調整自在として前記蓋の設置高さ調整が行えることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
