PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin concrete capable of easily drawing a pattern or the like on the surface of a resin concrete product, and in which coating materials are hard to be peeled from the resin concrete.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a resin concrete where a pattern or the like is drawn on a part or the whole of the inside face of a mold frame 1 by coating materials 20, 21, an uncured resin concrete is installed inside the mold frame 1, the coating materials are softened by the heat of the resin concrete, thereafter, the temperature of the resin concrete is returned to an ordinary temperature to cure the coating materials, after the curing of the resin concrete, the mold frame is released, and the coating materials are transferred to the resin concrete to form a colored part on the surface of the resin concrete. Alternatively, provided is a method for producing a resin concrete where a thin sheet drawn with a pattern or the like by coating materials 20, 21 is placed at the inside face of the mold frame 1, and the resin concrete is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡便にレジンコンクリート製品の表面に塗料で図形等を描くことができ、かつ、塗料がレジンコンクリートから剥離しにくいレジンコンクリートの製造方法。【解決手段】型枠１の内面の一部又は全部に塗料２０，２１により図形等を描画し、型枠１内に未硬化のレジンコンクリートを打設し、レジンコンクリートの熱により塗料を軟化させた後にレジンコンクリートを常温に戻して塗料を硬化させ、レジンコンクリートが硬化した後に型枠を脱型して塗料をレジンコンクリートに転写してレジンコンクリートの表面に着色部を形成するレジンコンクリート製品の製造方法。又は、塗料２０〜２０により図形等を描画した薄板を型枠１の内面に載置して、レジンコンクリートを打設するレジンコンクリートの製品の製造方法。【選択図】図１
