METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONCRETE PRODUCT
To provide a method for producing a concrete product capable of representing free colors without influence from colors of cement or aggregate.SOLUTION: A method for producing a concrete product comprises a first step of heating a surface of a concrete product 10 and a second step of adhering powdered paint 50 to the surface of the heated concrete product 10. Therefore, a concrete product without being charged can be subjected to a powder coating. Since the powdered paint brought into contact with the concrete product is instantaneously melted and fixed to the concrete product because of heating of the concrete product before coating, coating film can be formed up to the corner part without contracting. In addition, good adhesion can be realized due to entering a melted coating material into irregularities on the surface of the concrete product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】セメントや骨材の色の影響を受けずに、自由な色を表現することができるコンクリート製品の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート製品１０の表面を加熱する第１工程と、加熱したコンクリート製品１０の表面に粉体塗料５０を付着させる第２工程と、を備えるようにした。これにより、電気を帯びないコンクリート製品にも粉体塗装を施すことができる。また、塗装前にコンクリート製品を加熱しているため、コンクリート製品へ触れた粉体塗料が即時に溶融してコンクリート製品に定着するので、収縮することなく端部まで塗膜を形成することができる。また、コンクリート製品表面の凹凸へ溶融した塗料が入りこむことで良好な密着性を実現することができる。【選択図】図２
