PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for heightening estimation accuracy of sewerage water level.SOLUTION: A water level estimating device includes: a communication section 11 configured to acquire rainfall information of each mesh to be used for rainfall observation in a target area; and an estimating section 13 configured to estimate a sewerage water level on the basis of associative information indicating an associative relationship between a drain water ward corresponding to an area where drainage facilities collect rainfall and each rainfall mesh, and the rainfall information in the target area, the estimating section being connected to the drainage facilities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】下水道水位の推定精度を向上させることを目的とする。【解決手段】水位推定装置は、対象領域における、降雨観測に用いられるメッシュそれぞれの降雨情報を取得する通信部１１と、対象領域における、排水施設が雨水を集水する領域に対応する排水区と、降雨メッシュそれぞれとの対応関係を示す対応情報と、降雨情報とに基づいて、排水施設に接続される下水道の水位を推定する推定部１３と、を含む。【選択図】図３
