In a water level prediction device (10), an acquisition unit (15a) acquires observed values for the quantity of precipitation in a prescribed location, and observed values for the water level of a river in said location. A training unit (15b) uses training to generate an NN1 (14a) that estimates changes in the water level of the river in the location using the observed values for the quantity of precipitation, and an NN2 (14b) that predicts the water level of the river in the location using the changes in the the water level estimated by the NN1 (14a) and the observed values of the water level of the river in the location.
Dans un dispositif de prédiction de niveau d'eau (10), une unité d'acquisition (15a) acquiert des valeurs observées pour la quantité de précipitation dans un lieu d'emplacement prescrit, et des valeurs observées pour le niveau d'eau d'une rivière dans ledit lieu d'emplacement.
