PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sound absorption effect which is tuned for the sound frequency range corresponding to various environment in the life space(especially for office space), particularly to attain the sound absorption effect at low frequency range(about 400 to 800 Hz) at which appropriate sound absorption was not available.SOLUTION: The sound absorption device is constituted as the lamination in the order of a felt-like sound absorption plate 10 which is formed by pressing the fiber material, and a paper core material 20 which comprises many small cylindrical bodies 21, and a sound insulation material 30 (a). The paper core material 20 is located so that one aperture of the small cylindrical body 21 faces to the felt-like sound absorption plate 10 and the other aperture faces to the side of the reflection board 30 (b). In the small cylindrical body 21, a layer of the bulk material of fine porous powder (for example, comminution material of the block of phenolic sound absorption material) 23 is accommodated, or adding a layer of the porous resin block comprised of open cells (for example, phenolic sound absorption material) 22, if necessary with an air layer 24 with a certain thickness are laminated (c).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 生活空間(特に事務所スペース)において、様々な環境に対応して音域を微調整した吸音効果を実現できた。とりわけ、これまで適当な吸音処理ができなかた低音域(400〜800Hz程度)で吸音効果を発揮できる。【解決手段】繊維材料を圧縮して形成したフェルト状吸音板材10と、多数の小筒体21を備えるペーパーコア材20と、遮音材30とを順に積層して吸音装置とする(a)。ペーパーコア材20は、小筒体21の一方の開口を前記フェルト状吸音材10に、他方の開口を反射板30側に向けて配置してある(b)。小筒体21内には、多孔質の微細粉体の集合体層(例えば、フェノール系吸音材料ブロックを粉砕した材料)23を収容し、あるいは連続気泡を備える多孔質の樹脂ブロック層(例えば、フェノール系の吸音材料かならなる)22を加え、必要ならばある程度の厚さを持った空気層24とともに積層する(c)。【選択図】図1
