PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory building capable of base-isolating between a lower layer part and an upper layer part of a building, and to also provide the multistory building capable of generating wind power using a space (a clearance) for installing a base-isolation structure.SOLUTION: The present invention is a multistory building having a plurality of building units layered in the vertical direction, and is formed as the multistory building having a base-isolation structure placed between the adjacent building units. 【課題】 建物の下層部と上層部の間を免震できる多層建物を提供し、更には、免震構造を設置するための空間（隙間）を利用した風力発電が可能な多層建物を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、上下方向に複数の建物ユニットを積層した多層建物であって、隣接する前記建物ユニットの間に免震構造を配置したことを特徴とする多層建物とした。前記建物ユニットの間の隙間に風車を配置することが好ましい。【選択図】 図１
