To provide a multistory building causing less oppression to a user and providing spaciousness.SOLUTION: A multistory building 10 has outer peripheral slabs 20a-20k extended outdoor at every floor and an outer shell truss structure 40 surrounding an outer periphery of the multistory building 10. The outer peripheral slabs 20a-20k have outer peripheral frames 22 of steel frames or reinforcing bars and floor bodies of reinforced concrete continued at the outer periphery of each floor. The outer shell truss structure 40 includes multiple first diagonal members 41 and multiple second diagonal members 42. The outer shell truss structure 40 is formed by continuously connecting parallelogram frame-like bodies 50 formed by crossing the multiple first diagonal members 41 and multiple second diagonal members 42 along the outer periphery. Each of the first diagonal members 41 and the second diagonal members 42 is made of steel. Each of the frame-like bodies 50 is extended over the multiple floors, and is connected to the outer peripheral frame 22 of each floor crossing the frame-like bodies 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、利用者への圧迫感が少なく開放感が得られる耐震性に優れた多層建築物を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る多層建築物10は、各階で室外に張り出す外周スラブ20a~20kと、多層建築物10の外周を囲う外殻トラス構造40と、を備える。外周スラブ20a~20kは、外縁に連続して設けられる鉄骨または鉄筋の外縁フレーム22と、各階の外周で連続する鉄筋コンクリート造の床本体と、を備える。外殻トラス構造40は、複数の第1斜材41と複数の第2斜材42とを含む。外殻トラス構造40は、複数の第1斜材41と複数の第2斜材42とが交差して形成された平行四辺形の枠状体50が外周に沿って複数連続して形成される。第1斜材41と第2斜材42のそれぞれは、鉄骨である。枠状体50のそれぞれは、複数階に渡って延在し、かつ、枠状体50と交わる各階の外縁フレーム22に接合される。【選択図】図1
