OPENING AND CLOSING CONTROLLER FOR ADVANCED DUST-PROOF SHIELDING GATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "opening and closing controller for an advanced dust-proof shielding gate" capable of preventing frequent occurrence of an error in an opening and closing operation of a dust-proof shielding gate by the external driver or worker who performs the opening and closing operation of a gate (cargo carrying-in and carrying-out port) in a business establishment that dislikes polluted air, and suitably transmitting and guiding an instruction display so that the opening and closing operation of the dust-proof shielding gate may be performed in an extremely easy and simple manner.SOLUTION: Either an analog apparatus display type operated by comprising: a PLC program in which a commercial analog audio-visual signal indicator is mounted on a display plate to form a chart circuit configuration; a power supply unit; an external input signal; and an external output signal, or a programmable digital display type operated by comprising: the PLC program forming the chart circuit configuration, excluding the analog audio-visual signal indicator and the display plate; a warning buzzer; the external input signal; and the external output signal, is selected to be used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】汚染外気を嫌う事業所のゲート（貨物の搬入搬出口）の開閉操作を行う当該外来運転手、従事者の多発する、防塵遮蔽ゲート開閉操作ミスを防ぎ、指示表示を適宜発信誘導して、防塵遮蔽ゲート開閉操作が極めて容易かつ平易に行える、「高度防塵遮蔽ゲート開閉コントローラ」を提供する。【解決手段】市販のアナログ視聴覚信号表示機器を表示プレート部に装着してチャート図回路構成なる、ＰＬＣプログラムと電源部、外部入力信号、外部出力信号で構成作動成るアナログ機器表示型または、アナログ視覚信号表示機器と表示プレート部を除き、チャート図回路構成なるＰＬＣプログラムと電源部、警報ブザー、外部入力信号、外部出力信号で構成作動成るプログラマブル、デジタル表示器型の何れかを選択し用いる。【選択図】図１
