SEPARATOR FASTENING FIXTURE ORTHOGONAL TO U-SHAPED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator fastening fixture which can conduct connection work readily in connecting separator shafts by significantly reducing burdens and efficiently advancing the work, even when connecting and fixing the separator shafts to a U-shaped body by integrally fixing a basic separator shaft and a square nut member with the U-shaped body through welding.SOLUTION: In the connection work, a male screw 12 of a basic separator shaft 11 in a U-shaped metal fitting body 1 is threaded into a female screw hole of P-Con attached to the beam side, and thus a part of the separator shaft is totally fixed only by rotating a hexagon head 6 of the body rightward where a remaining normal separator shaft is penetrated into one of the metal fitting body, the other is threaded to a P-Con hole of the beam side, and the separator shaft is extended straight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】Ｕ字型本体に、基本セパレータ軸と四角ナット部材をＵ字型本体に溶接で固定して一体に固定された事でセパレータ軸の接続固定する作業に置かれても、非常に負担が軽くなり効率よく作業が先に進まれて、セパレータ軸を接続する事に置かれても気軽な気持ちで接続作業が行なえるセパ締付固定金具の提供。【解決手段】梁側に取り付けてあるピーコンの雌ねじ孔に、Ｕ字型金具本体１の基本セパレータ軸１１の雄ネジ１２を捩じ込んで金具本体の一方に残りの正規のセパレータ軸を挿し通して片方を梁側のピーコン穴に捩じ込んで真直ぐ張った処で、本体の六角頭部６を右方向に回転するだけで、其処の一部分が完全に固定される。【選択図】図１
