REPAIR METHOD OF SANDWICH PANEL AND REPAIRED WALL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of sandwich panel which can be continuously used by repairing it even when swelling is generated at the adhesive surface between a metal skin and a resin foam core material, and a repaired wall.SOLUTION: A repair method of sandwich panel 1 is the method of repairing the sandwich panel 1 where the adhesive surface between a metal skin and a resin foam core material 13 has peeled to generate a swelled part 17. The repair method comprises a boring process, an adhesive injection process and a suction process. In the boring process, a plurality of holes 19 are formed which communicate a space between the metal skin and the resin foam core material 13 with atmospheric space, on the swelled part 17. In the adhesive injection process, adhesive 3 is injected into at least one hole 19 among the plurality of holes 19 after the boring process. In the suction step, gas within the space between the metal skin and the resin foam core material 13 is sucked from the holes 19 other than the hole 19 into which the adhesive 3 is injected among the plurality of holes 19 after the boring process, and thus bringing the metal skin into close contact with the resin foam core material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】金属外皮と樹脂発泡体芯材との接着面に膨れが発生しても、補修により継続して使用を可能とさせるサンドイッチパネルの補修方法および補修壁を提供する。【解決手段】サンドイッチパネル１の補修方法は、金属外皮と樹脂発泡体芯材１３との接着面が剥がれて膨れ部１７が生じたサンドイッチパネル１を補修する方法である。当該補修方法は、穿孔工程と、接着剤注入工程と、吸引工程とを備える。穿孔工程は、膨れ部１７において金属外皮と樹脂発泡体芯材１３との間の空間と大気空間とを連通する複数の孔１９を形成する。接着剤注入工程は、穿孔工程の後、複数の孔１９のうちの少なくとも１つの孔１９に接着剤３を注入する。吸引工程は、穿孔工程の後、複数の孔１９のうちの接着剤３を注入した孔１９以外の孔１９から、金属外皮と樹脂発泡体芯材１３との間の空間内の気体を吸引し、金属外皮と樹脂発泡体芯材とを密着させる。【選択図】図１
