PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sandwich panel repair method and a repair wall, which can suppress appearance deterioration due to bulge of a surface of a front-side metal skin.SOLUTION: A repair method of a sandwich panel 1 is used to repair the sandwich panel 1 on which a peeled part 17 formed by partly peeling a front-side metal skin 11 and a core material 13 is formed. This method includes: a boring process to form a hole 20 on a rear-side metal skin 12 and the core material 13 at a part facing the peeled part 17; an adhesive injection process to inject an adhesive 21 into the hole 20 after the boring process; and a pressing process to bond the front-side metal skin 11 and the core material 13 by pressing the part of the front-side metal skin 11 facing the peeled part 17 against the core material 13 after the adhesive injection process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】表側金属外皮の表面に現れる膨れによる外観の低下を抑制できるサンドイッチパネルの補修方法、および補修壁を提供する。【解決手段】サンドイッチパネル１の補修方法は、表側金属外皮１１と芯材１３とが部分的に剥離してなる剥離部１７が形成されたサンドイッチパネル１を補修する方法である。当該方法は、剥離部１７に対応する部分において、裏側金属外皮１２および芯材１３に孔２０を形成する穿孔工程と、穿孔工程の後、孔２０に接着剤２１を注入する接着剤注入工程と、接着剤注入工程の後、表側金属外皮１１の剥離部１７に対応する部分を、芯材１３に向かって押さえて表側金属外皮１１と芯材１３とを接着する押さえ工程とを備える。【選択図】図２
