METHOD FOR COATING STEEL BRIDGE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating a steel bridge capable of suppressing a life cycle cost.SOLUTION: A method for coating a steel bridge subjected to outer surface coating includes: coating organic zinc rich paint to an anticorrosion base 50 of the steel bridge; coating an epoxy resin undercoating on the anticorrosion base 50 as a mist coat layer 40; coating the epoxy resin undercoating on the mist coat layer 40 as an undercoat layer 30; coating intermediate coating for fluorine resin coating on the undercoat layer 30 as an intermediate coating layer 20; coating a fluorine resin top coating on the intermediate coating layer 20 as a top coating layer 15; and coating a fluorine resin-based clear coating material blended with an ultraviolet absorber on the top coating layer 15 as an outermost layer 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ライフサイクルコストを抑えることが可能な鋼橋の塗装方法の提供。【解決手段】外面塗装を施される鋼橋の塗装方法において、鋼橋の防食下地50に有機ジンクリッチペイントを塗装し、防食下地50の上にミストコート層40として、エポキシ樹脂塗料下塗を塗装し、ミストコート層40の上に下塗層30としてエポキシ塗料下塗を塗装し、下塗層30の上に中塗層20として、ふっ素樹脂塗料用中塗を塗装し、中塗層20の上に上塗層15としてふっ素樹脂塗料上塗りを塗装し、上塗層15の上に最外層10として、紫外線吸収剤を配合したふっ素樹脂系クリヤー塗料を塗装すること、を特徴とする。【選択図】図1
