The present invention relates to a resin composition for a protective paint film for coating a surface of a steel bridge, which comprises a metal composite resin, ammonium acroyl dimethyl taurate, a urethane prepolymer modified epoxy resin, an anti-curing agent, a curing agent and a performance improving agent, wherein the metal composite resin includes an epoxy resin and flake metal powder, the average particle size of the flaky metal powder is 0.01 to 0.5 mm, and the flake metal powder includes at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of K, Ca, Na, Mg, Al, Zn, and Ti, and to a steel bridge repairing method using the same.
강교량의 표면을 코팅하기 위한 보호도막용 수지 조성물로서, 금속 복합 수지, 암모늄아크로일디메칠타우레이트, 우레탄 프리폴리머 변성 에폭시 수지, 경화방지제, 경화제 및 성능개선제를 포함하고, 상기 금속 복합 수지는 에폭시 수지와 편상(Flake) 금속 분말을 포함하고 있고, 상기 편상 금속 분말의 평균입도는 0.01 내지 0.5 mm(밀리미터)이며, 상기 편상 금속 분말은 K, Ca, Na, Mg, Al, Zn, Ti으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강교량 보호도막용 수지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 강교량 보수공법을 제공한다.
