INVENTION RELATING TO REFLECTIVE LIGHT EMITTING FUNCTION OF CONCRETE-BASED MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing surface deterioration and strengthening the surface, and for expressing optical reflecting emission of concrete and the like, as well as for obtaining a composition therefor having good permeability into concrete, mortar and the like, preventing penetration of water therein, and preventing acceleration of deterioration and neutralization thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous permeable composition composed of nano silver silica, titanium oxide, and a methyl potassium silicate or methyl sodium silicate-containing aqueous solution and a silane-containing aqueous solution, as well as a method for preventing surface deterioration and strengthening the surface of concrete, mortar and the like.EFFECT: The aqueous permeable composition permeates quickly into a concrete and the like. The methyl potassium silicate or methyl sodium silicate-containing aqueous solution and the silane-containing aqueous solution have strong alkaline, and react with COin air to form a hydrophobic methylsilicone resin which contributes to alkali reinforcing, thereby giving a higher water repellency and a lower water permeability to a concrete, and giving a higher waterproof structure. The titanium oxide removes darkening by its top coating, thereby recovering the original appearance of the structure and improving stainproof property owing to its photocatalytic reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コンクリート、モルタル等への浸透性に優れ、水の浸透を防ぎ、劣化と中性化を促進させないコンクリート等の表面劣化防止及び表面強化と光学的反射発光発現方法の提供。【解決手段】ナノシルバーシリカと酸化チタンとメチルケイ酸カリウム又はケイ酸ナトリウム系水溶液及びシラン系水溶液とからなる水性浸透組成物とコンクリート、モルタル等の表面劣化防止及び表面強化方法。【効果】前記水性浸透組成物は、コンクリート等に速やかに浸透し、メチルケイ酸カリウム水溶液又はケイ酸ナトリウム及びシラン系水溶液が、強アルカリ性を有し、空気中のCO2と反応して、疎水性のメチルシリコーン樹脂を形成して、アルカリ補強に貢献し、コンクリートの撥水性が得られると共に、透水性を低くし、構造の防水性を高める。酸化チタンがコンクリートの黒ずみを上塗消去し、旧構造物の景観を回復し、光触媒反による、防汚性も向上させる。【選択図】なし
