【課題】コンクリート、モルタル等の表面に反射発光機能を付加し、視認性や信号機能性を付加し、浸透性に優れ、水の浸透を防ぎ、カビ菌やバクテリアの繁殖を抑制すると同時に硫化水素ガスを触媒分解し、劣化と中性化を促進させないコンクリート等の表面劣化防止及び表面を強化方法の提供。【解決手段】ナノシリカ粒子にナノシルバー(純銀)がケミカルボンディングされた水溶液に酸化チタン系粉末粒子やナノ化酸化チタン系水溶液が配合されたメチルケイ酸カリウム水溶液をコンクリート、モルタル等の表面に塗布する、コンクリート表面の処理方法。【選択図】なし
