PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building base isolation structure with a base isolation layer that is less subject to constraints on building plans and that does not require complex base isolation devices, for building base isolation structures used for middle and high rise buildings.SOLUTION: A building base isolation structure having an upper structure 3 on an upper part of a base isolation layer is provided. In the base isolation layer, when the upper structure 3 of a floor FL3 immediately above the base isolation layer is viewed in a plan view, a base isolation device 8 is provided at least just below a pillar 22 of a projected corner portion 10, and an insulation space is provided just under the pillar 23 adjacent to the projected corner portion 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】中高層建物に用いる建物免震構造を対象として、建物計画上、制約を及ぼす事が少なく、かつ複雑な免震装置を必要としない、免震層を備えた建物免震構造を提供する。【解決手段】免震層の上部に上部構造体３を設けた建物免震構造であって、前記免震層においては、当該免震層の直上階ＦＬ３の前記上部構造体３を平面視したときに、少なくとも出隅部１０の柱２２直下には免震装置８が設けられ、かつ前記出隅部１０に隣接する柱２３直下には絶縁空間が設けられることを特徴とする建物免震構造を提供する。【選択図】図２
