본 발명은 모듈러 건축물의 면진구조에 관한 것으로서, 태풍이나 지진 등과 같은 천재지변으로 인해 건축물 사방에서 가해지는 수직, 수평 진동 등의 부하진동을 보다 용이하게 소산시킬 수 있음은 물론 건축물의 수평조절기능과 위치고정기능을 함께 수행하면서 건축물의 상층부에서 전가되는 소음진동을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
