BUILDING VIBRATION SUPPRESSION APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building vibration suppression apparatus that can reduce the building cost compatible with regulation of the displacement of the building at the time of wind and prevention of interference between the building and the retaining wall at the time of a large earthquake.SOLUTION: A building vibration suppression apparatus 1 of the present invention includes a damper D having a damper main body DB that exerts a damping force when expanding and contracting and a controller C controlling a lock valve 20 for switching the damper main body DB between a locked state and a free state. The controller C keeps the damper body DB in the free state and suppresses the vibration of the building S at the time of the earthquake, and sets the damper main body DB in the locked state if the displacement of the building S from the neutral position with respect to the ground G becomes equal to or larger than the displacement threshold value, even at the time of an earthquake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】風時の建物の変位の規制と、大規模地震時の建物と擁壁との干渉の阻止を両立して、建築コストを低減できる建物振動抑制装置の提供を目的としている。【解決手段】本発明の建物振動抑制装置1は、伸縮時に減衰力を発揮するダンパ本体DBを有するダンパDと、ダンパ本体DBをロック状態とフリー状態とに切換えるロック弁20を制御するコントローラCとを備え、コントローラCがダンパ本体DBをフリー状態として地震時の建物Sの振動を抑制するとともに、地震時であっても建物Sが地盤Gに対して中立位置からの変位が変位閾値以上となるとダンパ本体DBをロック状態とする。【選択図】図3
