METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REMOVING MERCURY FROM CEMENT KILN EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove mercury efficiently from a cement kiln exhaust gas while maintaining stable operation of a cement producing apparatus.SOLUTION: The method for removing mercury from a cement kiln exhaust gas comprises: collecting dust from the cement kiln exhaust gas G1; adding a nitric acid aqueous solution N to the collected dust D and agitating; and supplying to a cement producing process as a cement raw material the cake C obtained by solid-liquid separation to which the slurry S1 is subjected after the agitation. The concentration of the nitric acid aqueous solution is the normality of preferably 5 N or more. The dust collection can be performed immediately before releasing the cement kiln exhaust gas to atmosphere. The nitric acid aqueous solution is added to a part of the dust collected by afore-mentioned dust collection, while remainder of the dust collected can be supplied as a cement raw material to the cement producing process without addition of the nitric acid aqueous solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セメント製造設備の安定運転を維持しながら、セメントキルン排ガスから効率よく水銀を除去する。【解決手段】セメントキルン排ガスG1から集塵し、集塵ダストDに硝酸水溶液Nを添加して撹拌し、撹拌後のスラリーS1を固液分離して得られたケーキCをセメント原料としてセメント製造工程に供給するセメントキルン排ガスからの水銀除去方法。硝酸水溶液の濃度は規定度5N以上であることが好ましく、セメントキルン排ガスを大気に放出する直前で前記集塵を行い、前記集塵により得られたダストの一部に前記硝酸水溶液を添加し、該集塵ダストの残部は、前記硝酸水溶液を添加することなくセメント原料としてセメント製造工程に供給することもできる。【選択図】図1
