METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR REMOVING MERCURY FROM EXHAUST GAS OF CEMENT KILN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove mercury efficiently at a low cost from exhaust gas of a cement kiln.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a system 1 and the like for removing mercury from exhaust gas of a cement kiln, including: a dust collector 8 for collecting dust from exhaust gas G1 of a cement kiln; a measuring apparatus 9 for measuring the content of unburnt carbon in dust D collected from the dust collector; and an addition-regulating apparatus 12 for adjusting the quantity of mercury adsorbent A to be added to a cement firing apparatus which contains a cement kiln 2 on the basis of the value measured by the measuring apparatus. The quantity of the mercury adsorbent to be added to the cement firing apparatus which contains the cement kiln is adjusted based on the content of unburnt carbon in the measured dust thus collected, whereby the quantity of the mercury adsorbent in the cement firing apparatus can be maintained appropriately and the mercury can be efficiently removed from the exhaust gas of a cement kiln at a low cost. The dust collector may be prepared just in front of a funnel 11 which emits the exhaust gas of a cement kiln to the air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストでセメントキルン排ガスから効率よく水銀を除去する。【解決手段】セメントキルン排ガスG1から集塵する集塵装置8と、集塵装置からの集塵ダストDの未燃カーボン含有率を測定する測定装置9と、測定装置の測定値に基づいてセメントキルン2を含むセメント焼成装置に添加する水銀吸着剤Aの量を調整する添加量調整装置12とを備えるセメントキルン排ガスからの水銀除去システム1等。測定した集塵ダストの未燃カーボン含有率に基づいてセメントキルンを含むセメント焼成装置に添加する水銀吸着剤の量を調整することで、セメント焼成装置内の水銀吸着剤の量を適切に維持し、低コストでセメントキルン排ガスから効率よく水銀を除去することができる。集塵装置は、セメントキルン排ガスを大気に放出する煙突11の直前に設けられているものでもよい。【選択図】図1
