JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure of a precast concrete member having a junction that is unnecessary for joint arrangement at a framework and a site in construction work at the site.SOLUTION: A junction structure of a precast concrete member has: a precast concrete wall body 50 in which reinforcing bars 10 and 20 are vertically arranged and a recess 60 is formed on a side end face in a width direction along a height direction; and a joint hardware 30 in which perforated steel plate dowels 32 are projected and arrayed at predetermined intervals in a height direction of the wall body 50 from the wall body side face of the recess 60. A space of a junction 70 formed so as to face the recess 60 is filled with a grout material. The grout material is solidified so as to include the perforated steel plate dowels 32 in the space, and the wall bodies 50 and 50 are joined to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】現場での構築作業において、型枠や現場での継手配筋が不要な接合部を有するプレキャストコンクリート部材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】 鉄筋10,20が縦横に配筋され、幅方向の側端面に、高さ方向に沿って凹部60が形成されたプレキャストコンクリート製の壁体本体50と、凹部60に壁体側面から壁体本体50の高さ方向に所定間隔をあけて孔あき鋼板ジベル32が突出、配列された継手金物30を備える。凹部60が相対するように対向、配列されて形成された接合部70の空間内に、グラウト材が充填され、グラウト材が空間内の孔あき鋼板ジベル32を含むように固化して壁体本体50,50間が接合された構造からなる。【選択図】 図6
