JUNCTION STRUCTURE AND JUNCTION METHOD FOR PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER
To attain improvement in workability when casting cast-in-place concrete in a joint portion between precast concrete beam members.SOLUTION: A junction structure comprises: a precast pole P in which an upper end connection bar 26 and a lower end connection bar 27 are expanded laterally; a precast beam member 1A in which joint part reinforcement bars 15 and 16, an upper end bar 17 and a lower end bar 18 are expanded from one beam cross section and which includes a splice part on the other beam cross section; and a precast beam member 2A in which the joint part reinforcement bars 15 and 16, the upper end bar 17 and the lower end bar 18 are expanded from a beam cross section. A pole-beam joint part of the precast pole P and the precast beam member 2A is constructed by the upper end connection bar 26 and the lower end connection bar 27 in the splice part. A beam joint part of the precast beam member 1A and the precast beam member 2A is constructed by non-contact lap splices mutually constituted of the joint part reinforcement bars 15 and 16, the upper end bars 17 and the lower end bars 18. Concrete of the beam joint part is casted on a job site, a concrete strength is equal to that of a floor slab which is formed integrally with the beam joint part, and lower than that of the precast beam member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プレキャストコンクリート梁部材間の接合部分に現場打ちコンクリートを打設する際の施工性向上を図る。【解決手段】 上端接続筋26、下端接続筋27が側方に張り出したプレキャスト柱体Pと、一方の梁断面から接合部補強筋15,16、上端筋17、下端筋18が張り出し、他方の梁断面に継手部を有するプレキャスト梁部材1Aと、梁断面から接合部補強筋15,16、上端筋17、下端筋18が張り出したプレキャスト梁部材2Aとを備え、継手部で上端接続筋26、下端接続筋27によるプレキャスト柱体Pとプレキャスト梁部材2Aとの柱梁接合部が構築される。接合部補強筋15,16同士、上端筋17同士、及び下端筋18同士によるあき重ね継手でプレキャスト梁部材1A、プレキャスト梁部材2Aの梁接合部が構築される。梁接合部のコンクリートは現場打ちされ、コンクリート強度は、梁接合部と一体形成される床スラブと同一強度で、プレキャスト梁部材より低強度である。【選択図】 図1
