PRODUCTION METHOD OF INORGANIC BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an inorganic board characterized by that deterioration of strength of an inorganic board and delamination on drying a green sheet are difficult to occur, hence it can be produced continuously without decreasing productivity, and can be molded easily even when the texture is difficult to be formed.SOLUTION: A molding material containing a cement is degassed in vacuo then extrusion-molded. The molding material is mixed with 1.0-2.0 mass% of methylcellulose. The degassing in vacuo is run under a degree of vacuum of 40-80 kPa.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】無機質板の強度低下やグリーンシートの乾燥時の層間剥離が生じにくく、連続的に生産できて生産性を低下しないようにすることができ、賦形性が得にくい柄であっても容易に成形することができる無機質板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】セメントを含む成形材料を真空脱気した後に押出成形する。前記成形材料にはメチルセルロースを1.0〜2.0質量%の割合で配合する。前記真空脱気は40〜80kPaの真空度で行われる。【選択図】なし
