DISPLACEMENT PREVENTING MECHANISM OF OUTER DIAPHRAGM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement preventing mechanism of outer diaphragm which mechanically prevents the beam from shifting downward even when the contact pressure of the frictional joint does not work locally or instantaneously and completely eliminates the possibility of brittle fracture of the building such as falling of a beam.SOLUTION: An outer diaphragm 1 for frictionally joining an H-shaped steel beam H1 to a column C1 is composed of a plurality of divided diaphragms 2, 3, and each divided diaphragm 2, 3 is composed of a plurality of diaphragm elements 4, in which each of the diaphragm elements 4 is provided with a plate-like columnar plate 41 which is friction-bonded to the column by surface pressure and a plate-like beam plate 42 which is joined so as to cross the columnar plate 41 and is joined to flanges H11, H12 of the beam H1, and a plate-shaped downwardly-moving stopper plate 51 is attached to a column C1 near the lower end of any one of the divided diaphragms 2 and 3 to hold downward displacement of the columnar plate 41 at its end face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】局所的、瞬間的に摩擦接合の接触圧が働かなくなった場合であっても、梁が下方にずれることを機械的に阻止し、梁落下などの建物の脆性破壊のおそれを完全に払拭することが可能な外ダイアフラムのずれ止め機構を提供する。【解決手段】H形鋼梁H1を柱C1に摩擦接合する外ダイアフラム1を、分割された複数の分割ダイアフラム2、3から構成し、各分割ダイアフラム2、3を、複数のダイアフラムエレメント4から構成し、各ダイアフラムエレメント4に、面圧で柱に摩擦接合される板状の柱プレート41と、この柱プレート41に交差して接合され、且つ、梁H1のフランジH11、H12に接合するための板状の梁プレート42と、を設け、いずれかの分割ダイアフラム2、3の下端付近の柱C1に、柱プレート41の下方へのずれを端面で掛け止める板状の下ずれ止めプレート51を取り付ける。【選択図】図1
