CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HORIZONTALLY LAID ROOF
To provide a construction method for a horizontally laid roof that can construct a firm horizontally laid roof without problem even with rain falls during the construction, by laying a horizontal laying external facing material after laying a heat insulation material.SOLUTION: In a construction method for a horizontally laid roof, a step A is performed in which a heat insulation material 1 is fitted to a substrate surface 4 with fixtures 1b to the upstream side of an eaves arabesque 3, the downstream side of a new heat insulation material 1 is made to abut on the upstream side of the fitted heat insulation material 1 and arranged, and is fitted to the substrate surface 4 of the fixtures 1b. After repeating the step A multiple times and forming a heat insulation layer over the whole substrate surface 4, a step B is performed in which a horizontal laying external facing material having downstream side formed part is fittingly arranged to a fitting receiving part 34, and a fixing piece further extended to the upstream side at the upstream end of the horizontal laying external facing material is fitted to the substrate surface 4 with the fixtures to penetrate the heat insulation material 1. The horizontal laying external facing material is formed on the entire heat insulation layer formed by repeating the step B multiple times.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】断熱材の敷設施工の後、横葺き外装材の敷設施工を行うことにより、施工の途中で降雨があっても支障なく強固な横葺き屋根を構築できる横葺き屋根の施工法を提供する。【解決手段】軒先唐草3の水上側に、断熱材1を固定具1bにて下地表面4に取り付け、取り付けた断熱材1の水上端に、新たな断熱材1の水下側を当接させて配設し、固定具1b下地表面4に取り付ける工程Aを行う。工程Aを複数回繰り返して下地表面4に全面的に断熱層を形成した後、係合受部34に、水下側成形部を備える横葺き外装材を嵌合状に配設し、横葺き外装材の水上端に更に水上側へ延在する固定片に、断熱材1を貫通するように固着具にて下地表面4に取り付ける工程Bを行う。工程Bを複数回繰り返して形成された断熱層に全面的に横葺き外装面を形成する。【選択図】図1
