GLASS CERAMIC SINTERED BODY AND COIL ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic sintered body capable of sintering at low temperature and having a low dielectric constant and sufficient strength, and a coil electronic component using the same.SOLUTION: The glass ceramic sintered body has a glass phase and a ceramic phase dispersed in the glass phase, the ceramic phase contains alumina particles and zirconia particles, the glass phase contains MO-AlO-SiO-BObased glass ceramic (M is an alkaline earth metal), and in the cross section of the sintered body, an area ratio of the alumina particle is 0.05 to 12% and an area ratio of the zirconia particle is 0.05 to 6%. The coil electronic component 1 includes a ceramic layer 2 comprising the glass ceramic sintered body. And further, the glass ceramic sintered body has the ceramics phase comprising silica particles, and the area ratio of the silica particle is 25 to 45%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
