METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT OF A HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for construction management of a high pressure injection agitation method for constructing an improvement body as designed.SOLUTION: A construction management system 1 has a density meter 21 of solidification liquid C and a rotational speed meter 31 of an injection pipe 10, and is provided with a solidification liquid management mechanism and an agitating management mechanism. The solidification liquid management mechanism includes means for stopping the pulling up of the injection pipe 10 and means for stopping an injection of high pressure fluid when the density is in a required management state below a predetermined lower limit value, depth adjusting means for returning the depth of the injection pipe 10 by a predetermined length, means for restarting the pulling up of the injection pipe 10 and means for restarting the injection of the high pressure fluid. The agitating management mechanism has means for stopping the pulling up of the injection pipe 10 and means for stopping the injection of the high pressure fluid when the rotation speed of the injection pipe 10 falls outside a predetermined range, and means for restarting the pulling up of the injection pipe 10 and means for restarting the injection of the high pressure fluid when the rotation speed of the injection pipe 10 returns to within the predetermined range. 【課題】設計通りに改良体を造成するための高圧噴射攪拌工法の施工管理方法及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】本施工管理システム1は、固化液Cの密度計21及び注入管10の回転速度計31を有し、固化液管理機構及び攪拌管理機構が備わる。固化液管理機構は、前記密度が所定の下限値未満の要管理状態になった場合に注入管10の引上げを停止する手段及び高圧流体の噴射を停止する手段、注入管10の深度を所定長だけ戻す深度調整手段、並びに注入管10の引上げを再開する手段及び高圧流体の噴射を再開する手段を有する。攪拌管理機構は、注入管10の回転速度が所定の範囲外になった場合に注入管10の引上げを停止する手段及び高圧流体の噴射を停止する手段、並びに注入管10の回転速度が所定の範囲内に戻ったら注入管10の引上げを再開する手段及び高圧流体の噴射を再開する手段を有する。本施工方法は、以上のシステム1を使用して管理する。【選択図】図1
