DOUBLE PIPE HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION DEVICE, AND DOUBLE PIPE HIGH PRESSURE INJECTION AGITATION METHOD
To solve a problem that recovery of a steel ball becomes necessary and a work requires time at every construction work of a ground improvement body.SOLUTION: A double pipe high pressure injection agitation device of this invention comprises a rod 10 including: a first flow channel 13 for making hole drilling water and compressed air flow; a second flow channel 14 for making solidification material slurry flow; and a monitor portion 12 provided at a lower end portion of the rod. The monitor portion 12 comprises: a discharge hole 24 discharging the hole drilling water downwardly; a nozzle portion 23 making the compressed air and the solidification material slurry jet; and a switching valve 31 provided so as to be movable in a vertical direction at a lower end of the monitor portion 12 and switching an opening and closing state of the discharge hole. The switching valve 31 opens the discharge hole 24 by moving upwardly by an earth pressure when making the rod 10 penetrate into a ground, and closes the discharge hole 24 by receiving pressure of the compressed air and moving downwardly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地盤改良体の造成作業のたびにスチールボールの回収が必要となり、作業に時間がかかっていた。【解決手段】本発明の二重管高圧噴射攪拌装置は、削孔水および圧縮空気を流すための第1流路13と、固化材スラリーを流すための第2流路14と、ロッドの下端部に設けられたモニタ部12と、を備えるロッド10を具備する。モニタ部12は、削孔水を下方に吐出させる吐出孔24と、圧縮空気と固化材スラリーを噴射させるノズル部23と、モニタ部12の下端に上下方向に移動可能に設けられ、吐出孔の開閉状態を切り換える切換弁31と、を備える。切換弁31は、ロッド10を地盤に貫入する際の土圧によって上方に移動することによって吐出孔24を開孔するとともに、圧縮空気の圧力を受けて下方に移動することによって吐出孔24を閉孔する。【選択図】図2
