PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water blocking device in which no dust and others deposit on a fastener while being excellent in strength of a jointing part between an end part sheet and a central part sheet.SOLUTION: There are provided a storage groove which traverses the floor surface of a passage, end part sheets each of which is stood from either both ends of the passage and comprises a jointing band with the longitudinal direction as the vertical direction, and a central part sheet the lower end part of which is fitted to the storage groove and which comprises, at both lateral ends, bands to be jointed that are stored in the storing groove under normal conditions and are jointed to the jointing band under usage. The jointing band and the bands to be jointed comprise a water-proof fastener which joints the end part sheet and the central part sheet, two taking-out parts each of which extends from either the end part sheet or the central part sheet to the other while covering the front surface and the rear surface of the water-proof fastener, and a lock-and-fit part which is for locking and fitting the taking-out part to the end part sheet or the central part sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
