The present invention provides a water-blocking device comprising: a water-blocking plate provided on the floor of a passage; rails provided on both side walls of the floor; and a driving part for lifting and lowering the water-blocking plate, wherein the water-blocking plate is lifted and lowered along the rails when the driving part is operated.
