TRANSPARENT SHEET, SMOKEPROOF VERTICAL WALL INCLUDING TRANSPARENT SHEET, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING TRANSPARENT SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent sheet which is a transparent resin composite body of a glass fiber and resin, and can improve and maintain transparency while improving initial tear strength when a glass fiber cloth is made thin.SOLUTION: A transparent sheet 1 includes a glass fiber cloth 2 having a thickness of 8-30 μm, a cured resin composition layer 3 contained in the glass fiber cloth 2 in an impregnated state, and a thermoplastic resin layer 4 which is laminated on the cured resin composition layer 3 and contains a thermoplastic resin other than a polyvinyl chloride resin. In the transparent sheet 1, preferably, the cured resin composition layer 3 is formed by curing a resin composition containing acrylic syrup. In the transparent sheet 1, preferably, the glass fiber cloth 2 is a woven fabric, in a glass yarn constituting the woven fabric, an average filament is 3.5-4.5 μm and the number of filaments is 20-110, the fabric is 80-120/25 mm on both the warp and weft, and has a thickness of 9-30 μm and a mass of 9-35 g/m, and the total mass of the cured resin composition layer 3 and the thermoplastic resin layer 4 is 150-300 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガラス繊維と樹脂との透明樹脂複合体で、ガラス繊維布帛を薄いものとした場合に、初期引裂強度を向上させつつ、透明性の向上、維持が可能な透明シートの提供。【解決手段】厚さが8〜30μmのガラス繊維布帛2と、ガラス繊維布帛2に含浸された状態で含まれる硬化樹脂組成物層3と、硬化樹脂組成物層3に積層された、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂以外の熱可塑性樹脂を含む熱可塑性樹脂層4を含む透明シート1。好ましくは、硬化樹脂組成物層3が、アクリルシラップを含む樹脂組成物を硬化したものである透明シート1。ガラス繊維布帛2が織物であり、織物を構成するガラス糸は、平均フィラメントが3.5〜4.5μmで、フィラメント本数が20〜110本で、織物が、経緯ともに80〜120本/25mm厚さが9〜30μmで、質量が9〜35g/m2で、硬化樹脂組成物層3と熱可塑性樹脂層4の合計質量が、150〜300g/m2である、透明シート1。【選択図】図1
