TRANSPARENT SHEET, SMOKE PREVENTION VERTICAL WALL INCLUDING THE TRANSPARENT SHEET, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE TRANSPARENT SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent sheet which allows for improvement in the initial tear strength thereof and furthermore allows for improvement and maintenance in the transparency thereof when a glass fiber fabric is thin in a transparent resin composite of a glass fiber and a resin.SOLUTION: A transparent sheet 1 is provided which includes: a glass fiber fabric 2 having a thickness of 8-30 μm; a curable resin composition layer 3 included in such a state that the curable resin composition layer 3 is impregnated in the glass fiber fabric; and a thermoplastic resin layer 4 which is laminated on the curable resin composition layer and includes a thermoplastic resin other than a polyvinyl chloride resin. The curable resin composition layer is formed by curing a resin composition including acrylic syrup. The glass fiber fabric is a woven fabric, each of glass yarns constituting the woven fabric has an average filament diameter of 3.5-4.5 μm and the number of filaments of 20-110, and the woven fabric has a woven density of 80-120/25 mm together with weft, a thickness of 9-30 μm, and a mass of 9-35 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガラス繊維と樹脂との透明樹脂複合体において、ガラス繊維布帛を薄いものとした場合に、初期引裂強度を向上させつつ、透明性を向上、維持することが可能な、透明シートを提供する。【解決手段】厚さが8〜30μmのガラス繊維布帛2と、ガラス繊維布帛に含浸された状態で含まれる硬化樹脂組成物層3と、硬化樹脂組成物層に積層された、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂以外の熱可塑性樹脂を含む熱可塑性樹脂層4と、を含む透明シート1。硬化樹脂組成物層が、アクリルシラップを含む樹脂組成物を硬化したものである。ガラス繊維布帛が織物であり、織物を構成するガラス糸が、平均フィラメント径が3.5〜4.5μm、フィラメント本数が20〜110本であり、織物が、織密度が経緯ともに80〜120本/25mm、厚さが9〜30μm、質量が9〜35g/m2である。【選択図】図1
