PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counterweight device that reduces the height of transportation, reduces the weight of a body frame and the side closer to a connection structure, and allows a counterweight to be attached to the body frame remotely.SOLUTION: There is provided a counterweight device comprising a support bracket 41 oscillatably supporting a hydraulic cylinder 39 on a base plate 33, a first coupling mechanism that couples a detachable frame 53 and a rear end part 17A of a revolving frame 17 at a position where an upper end of the rear end part 17A is lowered than a cylinder top 39C when a cylinder rod 39A is extended, a second coupling mechanism that couples the support bracket 41 and the rear end part 17A of the revolving frame 17 when the cylinder rod 39A is contracted, a first operation lever 46A that operates the first coupling mechanism, and a second operation lever 62A that operates the second mechanism, the first coupling mechanism being operated with the detachable frame 53 and the hydraulic cylinder 39 working as the center of gravity at the rear side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7D
