PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of properly unlocking smart lock, even when unlocking authority is not given in advance.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 21 of a mobile terminal 20 acquires issue source information which shows an issue source that issues unlocking authority for unlocking smart lock from the smart lock. A communication unit 22 transmits an issue request for requesting issue of the unlocking authority to a management server which is the issue source, on the basis of the issue source information acquired by the acquisition unit 21, and receives the unlocking authority. A control unit 25 transmits an unlocking instruction for unlocking smart lock 10 according to the unlocking authority to the smart lock 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】解錠権限を予め付与しておかなくても、スマートロックを適切に解錠することが可能なモバイル端末を提供する。【解決手段】モバイル端末２０の取得部２１は、スマートロックからそのスマートロックを解錠する解錠権限を発行する発行元を示す発行元情報を取得する。通信部２２は、取得部２１が取得した発行元情報に基づいて、発行元である管理サーバに解錠権限の発行を要求する発行要求を送信し、解錠権限を受信する。制御部２５は、解錠権限に応じた、スマートロック１０を解錠する解錠指示をスマートロック１０に送信する。【選択図】図４
