An acquisition unit 21 of a mobile terminal 20 acquires, from a smart lock, issuing source information indicating the source issuing the unlocking authorization for unlocking the smart lock. On the basis of the issuing source information acquired by the acquisition unit 21, a communication unit 22 transmits an issuing request to request the issuing of unlocking authorization, such transmission being to a management server that is the issuing source, and the communication unit receives the unlocking authorization. A control unit 25 transmits, to a smart lock 10, an unlocking command to unlock the smart lock 10 in accordance with the unlocking authorization.
