PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure and a waterproof construction method capable of enhancing construction efficiency in construction work of a building having an elevator facing an outer floor.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure of an outer floor 2 facing an elevator doorway 1 of a building, the outer floor 2 comprising a waterproof layer 12 made of a waterproof material, in which the waterproof layer 12 is arranged below a vertical frame 8 so as to overlap with the vertical frame 8 positioned on the side of the elevator doorway 1 in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外部床に面したエレベータを備える建物の建築工事における施工効率を高めることが可能な防水構造及び防水施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】建物のエレベータ出入口１に面する外部床２の防水構造であって、外部床２は、防水性を有する材料からなる防水層１２を備え、防水層１２が、エレベータ出入口１の側方に位置する縦枠８に平面視で重なるように縦枠８の下方に配置されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
