To shorten a construction period and reduce construction costs with a simple constitution concerning a waterproof structure of a joint part and a waterproof construction method.SOLUTION: In a waterproof structure of a joining part between a ground-covering rising part 25 integrally provided at an end part of a floor slab 20 and a ground-covering main body part 81 on a wall balustrade 50 side, or a joining part between an end part of the floor slab 20 and a ground covering part 80 on the wall balustrade 50 side, a predetermined first space S1 is provided at an end part facing the road side of the joining part, and the first space S1 is filled with a water stop material 11 for preventing intrusion of water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
