JOINT STRUCTURE OF SEGMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a segment capable of suppressing a partial opening of a joint surface.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a segment is configured to joint each of upper and lower end surfaces 4, 3 of adjacent cylindrical bodies 2, 2 of segments to each other. A concave part 11, 11 is respectively formed on each surface of the adjacent cylinder bodies 2, 2, a through hole 17 is formed through the end surfaces 4, 3 between bearing surfaces 12, 12, each of which is a bottom of the end surface side 4, 3 of the concave part 11,11 respectively, a bolt 21 is inserted in the through hole 17, a nut 22 is provided at an end 21T of the bolt 21 in each of the concave parts 11, 11, and an elastic washer 26 is arranged between a bearing surface 12 and a nut 22. When an opening is created at the upper and lower end surfaces 4, 3, the elastic washer 26 with a low elastic coefficient contracts, and when the opening reaches a predetermined amount, the bolt 21 with a high elastic coefficient deforms, suppressing the opening and creating an opening between other upper and lower end surfaces 4, 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接合面の部分的な目開きを抑制することができるセグメントの継手構造を提供する。【解決手段】隣り合うセグメントたる筒体2,2の上,下端面4,3同士を合わせて接合するセグメントの継手構造である。隣り合う筒体2,2の表面に凹部11,11を形成すると共に、これら凹部11,11の端面4,3側の底部たる支圧面部12,12間に、端面4,3を貫通する貫通孔17を形成し、貫通孔17にボルト21を挿通すると共に、凹部11,11内においてボルト21の端部21Tにナット22を設け、支圧面部12とナット22の間に弾性ワッシャ26を配置する。上,下端面4,3に目開きが生じると、弾性係数の小さい弾性ワッシャ26が収縮し、目開きが所定量に達すると、弾性係数の大きなボルト21に変形が起き、目開きが押えられ、他の上,下端面4,3間において目開きが発生する。【選択図】図1
