PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sash which is constituted of a combination of a metal having good weather-resistance and a natural wood material having excellent design, and which is superior in heat insulation performance with little degradation over time requiring a small labor and cost for manufacturing and maintenance.SOLUTION: The composite sash constitutes a frame body disposed in an opening of a building and a window or a door which is supported by the frame body for opening and closing the opening. The composite sash is constituted of an inner layer material composed of a consolidated wooden material whose value of air-dry density after consolidation is within a range of 0.6 to 1.4 (g/cm) and, at least one sheet of outer layer material which is made of a metal plate of a single or two or more which are integrally laminated on each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】耐候性の良い金属と意匠性に優れた天然の木質材とを組み合わせて、断熱性に優れ経年劣化が極めて少なく、製造段階及びメンテナンスに手間と費用がかかることのない複合サッシを提供する。【解決手段】複合サッシは、建物の開口部に設けられる枠体や、この枠体に支持されて開口部を開閉する窓又は扉を構成する。この複合サッシは、圧密化後の気乾密度の値が0.6〜1.4(g/cm3)の範囲内にある圧密化木質材から構成される内層材と、少なくとも1枚が金属単板から構成される1枚又は2枚以上の外層材とが一体的に積層されている。【選択図】図2
