COMPOSITE SASH STRUCTURE
To provide a composite sash structure in which an outer frame made of resin is out of interference with an inner frame made of aluminum or the like even when the outer frame made of resin shrinks more than the inner frame due to a low temperature, and the outer frame made of resin is prevented from being deformed or cracked.SOLUTION: A composite sash structure includes: a resin upper frame 11a, a resin lower frame 11b, a resin left vertical frame 11c, and a resin right vertical frame 11d which constitute a resin outer frame made of resin or the like; and a metal upper frame 12a, a metal lower frame 12b, a metal left vertical frame 12c, and a metal right vertical frame 12d which constitute a metal inner frame 12 made of aluminum or the like provided at an outer frame opening surrounded by the resin outer frame. The resin outer frame is formed at its four corners with clearances 12a8, 12b9, 12c8, and 12d9 which are obtained by cutting out a part of both sides in the longitudinal direction of the metal upper frame 12a, the metal lower frame 12b, the metal left vertical frame 12c, and the metal right vertical frame 12d for preventing an interference between the resin outer frame and the metal inner frame 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】気温が低くなり内枠より樹脂製外枠が大きく収縮した場合でも、外側の樹脂製外枠と内側のアルミ等からなる内枠が干渉せず、樹脂製外枠が変形したり、亀裂が入ること等を防止する複合サッシ構造を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂等からなる樹脂製外枠である樹脂製上枠11aと、樹脂製下枠11bと、樹脂製左縦枠11cと、樹脂製右縦枠11dと、その樹脂製外枠で囲まれた外枠開口部に設けられるアルミ等からなる金属製内枠12である金属製上枠12a、金属製下枠12b,金属製左縦枠12cおよび金属製右縦枠12dとを備え、樹脂製外枠の四隅には、樹脂製外枠と金属製内枠12とが干渉しないよう金属製上枠12a、金属製下枠12b,金属製左縦枠12cおよび金属製右縦枠12dの長手方向両側一部を切り欠くことによってクリアランス12a8,12b9,12c8,12d9を設ける。【選択図】図2
