CUT-OFF MEMBER AND IMMERSION PREVENTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immersion prevention device which can be rapidly assembled in a passage of a doorway and the like of a building in an emergency such as a heavy rainfall and a flood, and which exerts the excellent function of inhibiting immersion of the building.SOLUTION: A device for preventing immersion of a building includes: support materials 1 and 1 which each have a U-shaped cross-section vertical groove 1a and which are provided on both side wall surfaces of a passage of the building; a cut-off sheet 2 which have both side ends crimped onto inner surfaces of the vertical grooves 1a of the support materials 1 and 1 by fixing means 3 so as to close the passage of the building; a threshold member 4 which is installed on a floor surface of the passage so as to retain a lower end surface of the cut-off sheet 2 in a watertight state; a girder member 6 for preventing curvature of the sheet, which is laid between lower parts of the vertical grooves 1a and 1a of the support materials 1 and 1 so as to retain a surface directed toward an immersion downstream side of a lower part of the cut-off sheet 2; and crimp means 5 for crimping the lower end surface of the cut-off sheet 2 to the threshold member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 大雨や洪水等の非常時には建物の出入口等の通路に迅速に組み立てることができ、建物内への優れた浸水阻止機能を発揮する浸水防止装置を提供するにある。【解決手段】 建物内への浸水防止装置は、建物の通路の両側壁面に設けられた断面コ字状の縦溝1aを有する支柱材１、１と、両側端部を支柱材１、１の縦溝1aの内面に固定手段３によって圧着されて建物の通路を閉鎖する止水シート２と、通路の床面上に設置されて止水シート２下端面を水密状態に受止する敷居部材４と、上記支柱材１、１の縦溝1a、1aの下部間に架設されて、止水シート２の下部における浸水下流側に向けた面を受止したシート湾曲防止用桁部材６と、止水シート２の下端面を上記敷居部材４に圧着させる圧着手段５とを備えてなる。【選択図】 図１
