BASE PLATE FIXING DEVICE AND FIXING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction time and construction man-hours, and to suppress lowering of friction force between a base plate and a grout material.SOLUTION: A base plate fixing device fixes a base plate 3 on a grout material 2 placed on a foundation 1 by penetrating multiple anchor bolts 4 therethrough with lower ends fixed to the foundation 1 and by tightening with anchor nuts 6. The anchor bolt 4 is fixed to the foundation 1 and the grout material 2, and is provided with a leveling nut 7 set at an intermediate part of the anchor bolt 4 and under the base plate 3, and an elastic member 8 disposed on an upper face of the leveling nut 7 so as to abut on a lower face of the base plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工時間および施工工数を低減すると共に、ベースプレートとグラウト材との摩擦力の低下を抑制する。【解決手段】基礎１上に打設したグラウト材２の上にベースプレート３を基礎１に下端が固定された複数のアンカーボルト４を貫通させてアンカーナット６により締め付けて固定するベースプレート固定装置において、アンカーボルト４は、基礎１およびグラウト材２に固定して設けられており、ベースプレート３の下方の位置でアンカーボルト４の途中に設けられたレベリングナット７と、ベースプレート３の下面に当接するようにレベリングナット７の上面に配置された弾性部材８と、を備える。【選択図】図１
