To suppress positional deviation of a base plate without using weld.SOLUTION: A base plate fixing method according to the present embodiment fixes a base plate to a skeleton provided with an anchor bolt. The base plate fixing method of the embodiment includes: a step of forming a through hole having a recessed portion positioned on one side face of the base plate and an opening penetrating from a bottom face of the recessed portion to the other side face of the base plate in the base plate; a step of inserting the anchor bolt in the through hole of the base plate; and a step of making a spacer engage with the recessed portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
