CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a ground improvement body to allow construction cost to be minimized and a construction period to be shortened as much as possible, as well as to allow sludge produced by the construction to be suppressed.SOLUTION: A construction method of a ground improvement body to construct a ground improvement body PB using a ground improvement body constructing apparatus S comprising an excavation rod R and agitation blades F includes: a first step of advancing the excavation rod R to a position below a ground improvement body construction area BA to deploy the agitation blades F; a second step of constructing ground improvement split bodies PA by constructing an outer annular improvement body P1 through an injecting and agitating construction to inject a solidification material while rotating the agitation blades F, and constructing an inner column-like improvement body P1 through a mechanically agitating construction of the original ground and the solidification material while injecting the solidification material and rotating the agitation blades F in a higher speed than a rotation speed of the injecting and agitating construction; and a third step of constructing the ground improvement body PB by repeating the second step by moving the excavation rod R to a ground direction by a predetermined distance to construct other ground improvement split bodies PA by repeating the second step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】工費を可及的に安価にでき、工期を可及的に短縮でき、施工に伴って生じる排泥量を抑制できる地盤改良体造成方法を提供すること。【解決手段】掘削ロッドRと攪拌翼Fから構成される地盤改良体造成装置Sを使用して地盤改良体PBを造成する地盤改良体造成方法であり、地盤改良体造成エリアBAの下方位置まで掘削ロッドRを前進させて攪拌翼Fを開く第一のステップ、攪拌翼Fを回転させながら固化材を噴射する噴射攪拌施工をおこなって外側環状改良体P1を造成し、噴射攪拌施工の際の回転速度よりも高速で攪拌翼Fを回転させながら固化材を噴射して原地盤と固化材を機械攪拌施工して内側柱状改良体P1を造成し、地盤改良分割体PAを造成する第二のステップ、掘削ロッドRを地上方向に所定長移動させ、第二のステップを繰り返して別途の地盤改良分割体PAを造成し、第二のステップを繰り返して地盤改良体PBを造成する第三のステップからなる。【選択図】図4
